We do the right thing, even when no one is watching. Every action should honor the people we serve — not our pride.
Transparency Over Secrecy
Nothing hidden, nothing manipulated. We share our processes, our data, and our results openly because trust demands visibility.
Service Over Status
Titles don’t make leaders — service does. Every volunteer, captain, and coordinator earns leadership by their actions and compassion.
Community Over Control
We exist to empower, not dictate. Every decision must serve three equal parts — the community, the partner, and the mission. (Win–Win–Win.)
Accountability Over Excuses
We hold ourselves responsible for every outcome, good or bad. We learn publicly and grow collectively.
Compassion Over Compliance
Our rules and systems serve people, not the other way around. Humanity comes first, always.
