​Step 1 — We find each other
Online, on the ground, or through our networks. If the Core feels like your people, fill out the form to start the process. (Heads-up: you’re not automatically approved.)
Step 2 — Download our handbook
Download our free Handbook to read while our leadership team reviews your form and reaches out, you can get up to speed on how the Core operates, safety basics, and our Transparency Pledge.

Step 3 — Build trust (real human call)
A Core leader will reach out for a short conversation. We’ll get to know you and match you with the right leader to set you up for success.
Step 4 — Find the right fit (Win-Win-Win)
We line up your skills and resources with real needs—whether that’s hands-on volunteering, in-kind resources, funding registries, or becoming a sponsor. Together we choose the fit that serves the community, you, and the mission.
Step 5 — Simple agreement (no pressure)
We sign a light agreement that says we’ll work together if/how we can. No obligations—just a clear show of support for the Trust Engine and how we operate.
Step 6 — Ongoing partnership
We keep you in the loop on community needs and opportunities. As matches appear, we agree on a Win-Win-Win path to help, again and again.

Step 7 — Radical transparency, shared impact
Every action is logged transparently (no PII), results are visible, and the impact is
celebrated so the whole community can see what we did—together.
